Some Interesting Stuff
As much as I have doubted the need for all of us to follow 27 Things (another task to add to our daily lists, alas), I must admit that I have learned some very interesting and helpful stuff. I am not a computer geek type of person so I don't know how much I will use on a permanent basis, but it is nice to know more about what is available in cyberspace. The RSS feeds are a great way to keep up with favorite websites and so easy to set up. LibraryThing and another site I discovered through reading a posting on LibraryThing, Goodreads, could be a fun way to share book info with like-minded readers...once I retire! I am now convinced that 27 Things is worthwhile, even for those of us who are somewhat challenged technically.

Flicker et al
I checked out the Flicker website, but at home I already have a Picasa account through Gmail, and I like it just fine. I don't see any reason to start another at this point. On to the next item on the List of 27 Things!

7 1/2 Steps of Life Long Learning
The easiest step for me is teaching or mentoring others. The hardest step is viewing problems as challenges.
